2.4 Processing Timeframes

We handle deletion requests according to the following timeline:

• In-App Deletion:
  • Immediate deactivation of account
  • Complete deletion within 24 hours
  • Backup data removal within 30 days
  • Google/Apple authentication tokens revoked when complete deletion (within 24 hours initial request)
• Email Requests:
  • Initial response within 24 hours
  • Verification process completion within 48 hours
  • Data deletion within 72 hours of verification
  • Authentication token revocation within 24 hours
• Phone Requests:
  • Immediate processing during the call
  • Complete deletion within 48 hours
  • Confirmation email sent upon completion
  • Authentication token revocation within 24 hours

2.5 Important Considerations

Before requesting account deletion, please note:

• Irreversible Action:
  • Account deletion cannot be undone
  • All personal data will be permanently erased
  • Saved preferences and settings will be lost
  • Travel history and saved locations/places/plans will be removed
  • Google/Apple authentication tokens will be revoked
• Data Retention Requirements:

• Active Subscriptions:
